First Trip to Pentwater of the season!

Hi everyone!

We went to Pentwater yesterday and met with Pat at the Ida Jean.   We are gearing up for the big day and had a lot of final details to talk about.  The Ida Jean and the whole town look great. Everyone seems to be busily preparing for the summer season and not all of the shops are opened for business yet.

We stopped by my parent's cottage which hasn't been opened for the spring yet.  There is A LOT of deer poop in the yard!  We had a picnic lunch on the Village Green where we soon will be saying our vows.  Thankfully there was no deer poop near our picnic area.  We had awesome GIANT sandwiches from the deli at Cenzo's-yum!  http://www.myspace.com/cenzos

Then we took a drive around Bass Lake and checked out the view at Sunset Beach.  We ended the trip at Pentwater Pathways where we had a great hike through Pere Marquette State Forest with Enzo.  It was muddy but really pretty and a lot of fun.  http://www.northcountrytrail.org/spw/hikehealth/pentpath.htm

Please let us know if you need any suggestions about where to eat, what to do, where to go etc. in Pentwater to make the most of your visit.

See you soon!
